ALL charters are required to pay a 50% deposit and return the signed Charter Agreement within 14 days of booking. If booking LESS than 30 days prior to date of charter, the 50% deposit is due immediately.

There are NO refunds of deposits for trips canceled 30 days or less prior to date of Charter.

Patriot Sportfishing Captains make the final call on weather and fishing locations. If it is not safe to make a 10 hour trip to Purisima, the price of the charter will be adjusted to an 8 hour trip.
