All opened or unused products from the Patriot Sportfishing online store can be returned with the exception of the gift cards. All sales are final on gift cards and certificates. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return item(s) purchased from the Patriot Sportfishing online store. Products can be returned either by shipping them to PO Box 850, Avila Beach, CA 93424 or to our physical store located on the Harford pier in Port San Luis Harbor. Click here for map and directions. Hours of operation vary so call ahead. Please return all packaging and other material that came with the item(s). Please note that there is a 10% restocking fee for all returns online and to the store. If the item(s) are returned through the mail, the funds for the unopened and unused products will be returned to the same credit/debit card that was used to purchase the item(s).The funds will be returned within five business days after we receive the package and can check all products. If you return the item(s) to the physical store and request store credit there will be no restocking fee. If you return an item to the physical store please bring your order number so we can look up your account. You will receive a gift card for the amount of the items returned minus the cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for all the shipping costs. The customer also agrees to ship the item with enough insurance to cover all items being returned. Patriot Sportfishing is not responsible for any uninsured items that are damaged or lost.
